Last week we celebrated our seventh TuneCore Live event at Bardot in Hollywood. The drinks were flowing, the music was eclectic and as always, good times were had. Big ups to Swisher Sweets, CeleBuzz, and Mirrored Media for helping us keep this monthly party happening and making sure we look good doing it!
But let’s be real: it was all about the artists onstage. Pumping the crowd up and getting us started right was Madyx, who dazzled all in attendance with her punchy hooks and energetic performance. Bringing the electronic heat to the stage next was duo Air Bag One, whose mixture of live percussion and layered synths had everyone nodding along. Wrapping up the evening was the alternative duo ANIMA!, who mesmerized us with their psychedelic tunes and light-fixture-turned-instrument set-up. All of this was supported by DJs William Lifestyle and Biggie Smiles who spun a solid mix of jams in-between sets.
