We’re excited to be partying it up again next week at The Living Room in Williamsburg for TuneCore Live: Brooklyn! Last month’s show was a banger and we know November won’t disappoint.
With the help of Swisher Sweets, CeleBuzz and Mirrored Media, we’ll be welcoming Dead Stars, Zuli and Lodro to share the stage. All three artists have used TuneCore as their digital distribution partner, so we’re psyched to give ’em the opportunity to play live.

LODRO
Born of members from two well-recieved Brooklyn indie bands Friends and Royal Baths, LODRO plays dark and echoey ‘neo-noir punk’. A three piece-comprised of Lesley Hann, Jeremy Willie Cox, and Jigmae Baer, there is something both undeniably eerie and accessible about songs like “If Life Was Like a Movie”. The trio is awaiting the release of a new album, and have recently teased fans with some new tracks on their Soundcloud page.
Dead Stars
If there’s something wrong with being compared to indie heavyweights like Pavement, Dinosaur Jr. and Teenage Fanclub, Brooklyn’s Dead Stars don’t wanna be right! This three-piece have earned a reputation around New York and beyond with a brand of crunchy, fuzzy guitar-heavy indie rock that carries on the tradition wonderfully. Check out their single “Calm Punk” below, which they distributed via TuneCore this past summer.
Zuli
22-year old Ryan Camenzuli fronts his solo effort, Zuli, and released a debut EP Supernatrual Voodoo via TuneCore in Spring of 2015. With just five tracks, it’s one of those EPs that leaves the listener absolutely craving more. Zuli does a great job of combining a love for well orchestrated pop songs with a lo-fi indie influence. It’s easy to hear Zuli’s love of artists like Animal Collective and The Dirty Projectors throughout the EP. Check out “Forget My Name” below.
